I’m so honestly relieved to be joined today by[**Michelle Cassandra Johnson**](https://www.michellecjohnson.com/?ref=missingwitches.com) \- mystic, author, educator, shaman, potter, yogini, facilitator, alchemist...I could go on and on with the descriptors - but I say relieved because Michelle’s latest book is [**You Are Protected**](https://www.michellecjohnson.com/you-are-protected?ref=missingwitches.com), and reading it, I felt protected - the book is like a nervous system reset that truly made me believe that I am or can be protected.

Together we talk about burn out, energetic boundaries, the power of No, chickens and honeybees, Witchcraft as Activism, reclaiming sovereignty, chaos magic, creating spiritual connections, and casting a circle of protection.

### Michelle says, "Dwell in the space of possibility...Imagine a world where everyone is free."

> **Invocation:** I call my energy back to me now, not as an act of individualism, but to clear what no longer serves me and the highest good. I call my energy back to me now, not selfishly as if I am separate from all that surrounds me, but as an act of love toward myself and others. I call my energy back to me now, unhooking and unbinding myself from malevolent or vampiric energy. I call my energy back to me now because I choose to tap into my undying strength, resilience, and clarity. I banish any energies that do not support me and the highest good. I am swaddled in the knowing that I am a divine being worthy of protection. I call my energy back to me now.
