How you manage your membership depends on when you joined.
If you joined before March 11, 2026
Your membership is managed through the Missing Witches website.
- Go to:
https://www.missingwitches.com/account/ - Follow the prompt to log in. A secure login link will be sent to your email.
- From your Account page, you can:
- update your payment information
- cancel your subscription
Members who joined before March 11 are grandmothered in at the original pricing. If you cancel that membership, those legacy rates won’t be available again.
Some longtime coven members have asked about switching to the new system and tiers to simplify their experience or to support the project at the current rate. If that’s something you’d like to do, simply cancel your existing membership and then join again through the new membership page.
If you joined on or after March 11, 2026
Your membership is managed inside our coven community.
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to the coven:
https://coven.missingwitches.com - Visit the billing portal:
https://coven.missingwitches.com/settings/billing
From there you can:
- update your payment method
- change membership tiers
- cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
